Fast, secure remote resolution
Overview
The fastest fix is the one that does not require anyone to travel. Techx4u remote support gives your users a direct line to engineers who can securely connect to a device, diagnose the problem and resolve it while the user watches.
Every session is initiated with explicit user consent, encrypted in transit, and fully logged. Recordings and session transcripts are retained so there is an auditable record of every action taken on a managed device.
Remote IT support is how most problems get fixed fastest: an engineer connects securely, with your permission, and resolves the issue while you watch. Our IT support services include 24/7 IT support for critical issues, so a failure at night or at the weekend reaches an engineer rather than a voicemail, with on-site IT support where a problem needs hands on hardware.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How quickly will someone respond?
Our standard initial-response targets are 15 minutes for a P1 (critical) issue and 30 minutes for a P2 (high) issue, with critical incidents escalated straight to a senior engineer. The targets are written into your service agreement, so they are a contractual commitment, not a marketing claim.
Can engineers connect without my permission?
No. Unattended access is only enabled on servers and infrastructure you explicitly designate. End-user devices always require the user to accept the session prompt.

Ready to move on Remote Support?
We will scope it against your actual environment, not a generic package, and give you a fixed price before any work starts.
