Established in 2021, Techx4u, Inc delivers managed IT, cybersecurity and cloud consulting to businesses across the Americas and APAC as part of RDK REVENUE LLC.
Who we are
Built around operations, not sales
Techx4u was founded on a simple observation: most organisations are not short of technology. They are short of someone who is genuinely accountable for keeping it working, patched, monitored and recoverable — every day, not just when something breaks.
We built the company around that gap. Our engineers run production environments, our testers break into them, and our consultants translate what both of those groups learn into decisions a board can act on. There is no separation between the people who sell the work and the people who deliver it.
As part of RDK REVENUE LLC, we run a United States office and a Sri Lankan delivery centre, and we deliver remotely worldwide from there. The time-zone spread gives real coverage rather than a voicemail box outside office hours, and every client has a named contact who knows their environment.

Four principles that decide the arguments
Every service business has values on a wall. These are the ones we actually reference when a decision is difficult.
Say the true thing
If a control is not working, if a project is late, or if the cheaper option is genuinely the right one, we say so. Comfortable reporting is how technology risk accumulates unnoticed.
Own the outcome
A ticket closed is not the same as a problem solved. We measure ourselves on whether the underlying issue stopped recurring, not on how fast we replied.
Document as you go
Undocumented environments create dependency on individuals. Everything we build or change is written down in a form your own team can operate from.
Prove it
Backups get restored. Findings get validated by hand. Claims we make in a report can be evidenced to an auditor, an insurer or your board.
