Techx4u is a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Microsoft Cloud. We license, deploy, migrate, secure and manage Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and Azure for businesses, so the platform you pay for is configured properly and backed up. Most organisations already run on Microsoft 365, but few get everything they are paying for. Licences are mismatched to roles, security defaults are left as they shipped, and nobody owns the tenant day to day. Azure often grows the same way: resources get created quickly and are rarely reviewed.

Microsoft sets the licence price per user per month, and it depends on the plan (Business Basic, Standard or Premium, or E3/E5 for larger organisations) and on your billing term. We quote the current Microsoft price for the plans you need, plus a separate fixed fee for setup and management, so you can see both clearly.

For most small businesses, Business Standard suits office staff who need the desktop apps, and Business Premium suits any business that handles client or payment data, because it adds Intune device management, Defender for Business and conditional access. Frontline or web-only staff can use Business Basic. Plans can be mixed by role.

Yes. We take over an existing tenant without migrating anything: we review licences, admin accounts and security settings, fix the urgent gaps first, then run it day to day with a monthly review. You keep your subscription and data exactly where they are.

Microsoft secures the data centres and the platform, but account security, sharing settings and backup are the customer's responsibility. We enable multi-factor authentication and conditional access, set sharing and retention policies, and add an independent backup so your data is protected on your side too.

Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) is the identity service behind Microsoft 365 and Azure. It controls who can sign in, with what verification and from which devices. Configuring it properly, with multi-factor authentication and conditional access, is the single most effective security step for most businesses.

We can usually begin with a tenant and licence review within a few working days of an enquiry. A written plan and fixed price follow the review, and most small-business setups or migrations are completed within one to three weeks.

Largely. Microsoft renamed most Office 365 business plans to Microsoft 365, and the Microsoft 365 plans add device management and extra security on top of the Office apps, email and file storage. We help you pick the plan that fits each role.

Small organisations usually move in one to three weeks, most of it staged syncing in the background. The cutover itself is typically done out of hours, with a final sync of recent changes so users start the next day in Microsoft 365.

Microsoft protects its service against its own failures, but not against deletions, overwrites, ransomware or a departing employee removing files. Deleted items are only retained for a limited period, so an independent backup is the only reliable way to restore data exactly as it was.

It depends on the workload. Line-of-business servers, file services and remote desktops often move well; some legacy or licensing-bound systems do not. We assess each system, compare the running cost, and recommend what to move, what to modernise and what to leave.

Usually, yes. We map each share and folder to a SharePoint site or library, fix permissions and very long file paths first, and move the data in stages so people keep working. Files that need a traditional server, such as some accounting databases, stay on a server or move to Azure instead.

Intune is included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, E3 and E5. It is not in Business Basic or Business Standard, where it can be added as a separate licence. We check your current licences before recommending an upgrade.

Yes. Copilot respects existing permissions, so any file that is over-shared becomes easier to find. A readiness review fixes sharing and labels sensitive data first, which makes Copilot both safer and more useful.

Not always. It is most cost-effective for shift workers, contractors, remote teams and specialist Windows applications. We model the monthly Azure cost against your current hardware and licensing before recommending it.

Azure Backup keeps copies of your data so you can restore files, databases or whole servers. Azure Site Recovery keeps servers replicated and ready to start in Azure, so the business can keep running during a major outage. Many organisations use both.
