Can you see what staff actually typed into a chatbot?
The system inspects prompt content against your policy in order to enforce it, and logs policy-relevant events. How much is retained and who may review it is configurable, and we recommend setting that deliberately with your HR and legal stakeholders rather than accepting a default.
Does this replace your MDR service?
No, it strengthens it. Our analysts still monitor and respond; the AI layer means they spend their time on judgement rather than correlation. The human accountability is the point of the service.
