What is network security?

What are network security best practices for a business?
Segment the network so one infected device cannot reach everything, keep firewall rules minimal and reviewed, patch network devices, require MFA for remote access, filter web and email traffic, and monitor for unusual activity. Network security is ongoing work, so these controls need regular review.
What is XDR?

Does this work when staff are at home?
