Is this enough if we handle customer payment data?
For most PCI-adjacent small businesses this is a reasonable baseline, but we typically recommend Business Security Premium once card data, health data or similar regulated information is involved, for the added machine-learning and sandboxing depth.
Do we need our own analyst to use this tier effectively?
No — Techx4u operates the console and runs investigations on your behalf. If you want fully hands-off 24/7 coverage instead, pair this with GravityZone MDR.
Do we need to replace our existing identity or network tools?
