Overview
We start with how your people actually work, then match each role to the right Microsoft 365 or Office 365 plan so you are not paying for features nobody uses, or missing the ones you need, such as Intune device management or Defender in Business Premium.
Deployment covers the tenant, domains, mail flow, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive structure, multi-factor authentication and conditional access, and device enrolment. After go-live we run the tenant as a managed service: joiners and leavers, licence changes, security alerts, and a monthly review of the settings that drift.
Security settings are checked against Microsoft's own recommendations (Secure Score and the Microsoft 365 security baselines), and drift is corrected as part of the monthly review rather than left until an audit finds it.
