Overview
Cloud Migration automates moving to Microsoft 365. It carries across email, calendars and contacts, and also the details users notice when they are missing, such as email signature blocks, inbox rules and calendar permissions.
Tenant-to-tenant moves get improved discovery and object matching across multiple domains, and the tool adapts when addresses change after domain validation. For Google Workspace, labels map to Outlook folders and categories. For IMAP and POP3, Server Sync and Office Assistant migrate both server-side and client-side data.

What happens if something goes wrong after cutover?
Discovery and validation run before the move to confirm identities, domains and scope. If issues appear afterwards, objects can be re-matched and delta syncs re-run, and coexistence rules stay in place until acceptance testing passes.
